• Waitlist & Enquiry Information: When you join our waitlist or enquire about our services, we collect your first name, email address, brand name, website URL, Instagram handle, monthly revenue range, a description of challenges your brand is facing, your preferred package, and your preferred start timing. This information is used solely to assess fit, contact you when a slot opens, and provide relevant follow-up. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Billing & Financial Data: We do not collect or store credit card numbers or sensitive financial information via this Site. Payments for our services are processed via invoice. We collect only the necessary billing information (such as your organisation's name, billing address, and VAT number) to generate these invoices. If you pay an invoice via bank transfer, your transaction is processed by your bank and ours. If you pay an invoice via a third-party payment link (e.g., Stripe or PayPal) included in the invoice, that transaction is processed entirely by that third-party provider, and we do not have access to your full financial details.

Google may process this data on servers located outside the UK and EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK-US Data Bridge. Google Analytics is used for anonymised site usage statistics.
• Cloudflare: Our Site is served via Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and device information for security, performance, and content delivery purposes.
• Email providers (Gmail / Google Workspace): We use Google Workspace to send and receive email communications.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We only share it with processors listed above or with your explicit consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Waitlist submissions: Retained for up to 12 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
• Enquiries and general contact: Retained for up to 24 months to allow for follow-up conversations, unless you request earlier deletion.
• Active client data: Retained for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 6 years afterwards to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.
• Website analytics: Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default).
